By making a reservation or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We offer professional taxi services, airport transfers, business rides, and private tours in Austria and surrounding regions. All services depend on availability and operational conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, phone, or messaging platforms.

  • You must provide accurate trip details (pick-up time, address, number of passengers, luggage, etc.).

  • A booking is considered confirmed once you receive our written or automated confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and include taxes unless otherwise noted.

  • Prices may vary based on distance, route, time of day, or special requests.

  • Payments can be made in cash, card, or online (where supported).

  • Extra fees may apply for waiting time, detours, additional stops, or last‑minute changes.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before pick-up time.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 100% of the booking value.

  • No‑show bookings are fully chargeable.

5. Delays, Traffic & External Factors

  • We always aim to arrive on time; however, traffic, accidents, weather, or unforeseen conditions may cause delays.

  • We are not liable for missed flights, appointments, or connecting travel caused by delays beyond our control.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Follow driver instructions and local safety regulations

  • Wear seatbelts at all times

  • Avoid behavior that could endanger the driver or vehicle

  • Refrain from smoking or consuming alcohol inside the vehicle

Damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in additional repair or cleaning charges.

7. Luggage & Personal Items

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage is safe, suitable, and properly closed.

  • We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

8. Our Liability

  • Our liability is limited to damages caused by proven negligence.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • These Terms follow applicable Austrian laws and regulations.

9. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Austria.
